Heavy Blend 7.75 ounce fleece delivers just the right weight and an outstanding warmth-to-price ratio. 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend for maximum comfort and easy care. Athletic rib cuffs with Lycra; double-lined hood with drawstring; muff pocket; double-needle stitching throughout. Available in a wide range of colors with a full-color Suffolk Archers logo on the left front.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash, warm water, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Chestnut Hill premium polyester, 280 grains per square meter. Low-nap luxury without the bulk. Elasticized drawcord on inside hem with black scent tipping. Full front zipper and side zippered pockets. Fabric holds shape better and softness longer than any other Microfleece in the market. Jerzees brand 50% cotton and 50% polyester for comfort and good looks. These won’t shrink like 100% cotton does, they won’t wrinkle like cotton, and they hold color longer than cotton. Items with the Official Club Logo
We keep only a few items in stock, ready for instant pick-up in Melville. All items are available by special order and can usually be picked up within one to three weeks of ordering. If you need an item immediately, call 516 873-8898 to see if it is in inventory.

How to order
We are working towards having electronic ordering, but that may take some time to accomplish. Meanwhile, to order any of our logo products now, do the following:
1. From the products shown on this page, highlight the photo and text of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Print the highlighted information using the “print selection” command on your print menu.
3. Write your order details directly on this printout. Be sure to include your Name; Address; Telephone number, Email address, Quantity, Garment color, Logo color, Size. Some of this can just be circled on the printout. Anything you write must be PRINTED LEGIBLY. (See example.)
4. Enclose the printout and your check in an envelope. Checks should be made payable to Suffolk Archers.
5. Mail the printout and check to Robert Schaefer PO Box 1515, Melville, NY
11747.

Your custom merchandise will not be ordered until your check has been received. Sorry, we cannot accept cash or credit cards for custom orders.

How to receive your merchandise
When your merchandise is ready, you will be notified by email that it is available for pick-up in Melville at a location only minutes away from the Suffolk Archers range. The notification will include the address, days and times for pick-up. Please call 516 873-8898 to make arrangements to get your merchandise.

If you do not have email, you will be notified by telephone when your merchandise is ready for pick-up.

Return Policy
Because custom merchandise is embroidered specifically for your order, returns are not accepted. Merchandise should be inspected at time of pick-up and should be rejected if damaged.

Determine your proper size
Please double-check your size requirements before placing an order. While garments may not be exchanged if ordered in the wrong size, we will make every effort to find you a buyer for your wrong size item (see Logo Items for Resale by Members).

Pricing Policy
To keep prices as low as possible and to encourage as many members as possible to proudly wear the Suffolk Archers logo, it is our policy to sell Club Logo Merchandise at or near our cost, with no profit. Nevertheless, it is possible that you may find the same or similar merchandise (without the club logo) for less money at retail stores, due to their much larger buying power and the added cost of our custom embroidery.
