Membership Payment Options

New Memberships
(For Renewals, See Below)

1. Read, print out and complete the New Membership Application. On the Membership Application you will be able to select which new membership you would like ($300, $250, $200).

2. After reading the Safety Rules and Liability Waiver and Release, type "I Agree" where requested on the BUY NOW box, below, to confirm that you have read and agree to accept our SAFETY RULES and LIABILITY WAIVER.

3. Click on the Pay Now button which represents your choice.

Note that the credit card payment is made for a 12-month period starting whenever you join. Our membership year runs from April 1 to March 31. If you join after April, we will apply your payment to the balance of this membership year and however many months thereafter apply.

You will be billed for the next year's dues prior to the next April 1. At that time you will be credited for however many months past April 1 you have paid. For example, if you join in July, your enrollment payment will be credited to the 9 months remaining in the current membership year ending March 31, plus the first 3 months of the next membership year. Thus, prior to April 1 you will be credited for the 3 months and only be billed for 9 months. That brings you up to a current annual billing cycle and henceforth your full dues are payable by each April 1.

4. Complete the online payment transaction.

5. Upon receipt of your payment, a Suffolk Archers representative will contact you to schedule a convenient time for a meeting with you to complete the final enrollment process, which MUST BE DONE IN PERSON to facilitate an expanded review of our safety rules. Upon the successful completion of the enrollment process at this meeting, you will receive your membership card and a free Gift Certificate for up to $25 redeemable at your choice of six archery shops in our area.

Renewal Memberships

YEAR TO AVOID LATE PENALTIES, LOSS OF RANGE
ACCESS, AND LOSS OF EARNED OWNERSHIP POINTS.

You MUST complete and submit the electronic form in Step 1 and ALSO complete the payment in Step 3. Failure to submit the form in Step 1 will delay your renewal!

1. Click on this link, read, fill out and submit the online renewal form electronically. It will be a legally binding document for the purposes of the club and includes the necessary waivers the club needs to operate.

3. Click on the Pay Now button. The next screen allows you to pay your preferred amount with a credit card. This is where you pay your dues. Please add any fees for assessments for work not done and late charges, if any.., and pay one total amount.

Note that the membership renewal form and payment must be received by April 1, or you will be unable to access the Suffolk Archers Archery Park. Payments made after April 1 must include a $25 late processing fee. Members failing to pay for renewal before June 1 are subject to being dropped from the Club roster and losing their ownership share points.

5. Upon receipt of your payment (electronically, via credit card) and your Renewal Application properly submitted, we will send you your membership card and the new gate lock combination.
